Guest Relations

(Ages 16 and up) Team Members who work in guest relations are our park Ambassadors. They are responsible to greet and assist our guests where ever they may be on our property. They must be extremely friendly, possess extensive knowledge of company operations and policies and they must be able to answer any and all park & company related questions. Some of their duties will also be to conduct exit surveys, to run the Kid Check program and to act as a liaison between guests and park management.

Birthday & Group Host/Hostess

(Ages 16 and up)  Host & Hostess Team Members are responsible for all our Birthday & Group visits. They meet them at our park entrance and take care of them every second until they leave. They go out of their way to make sure that the birthday or group event is the best they have ever had and they know how to "go the extra mile" for our guests.

Admissions Team Members

(Ages 16 and up) Admissions Team Members are responsible for making sure all (Non-group) guests are properly admitted into the park. This includes selling Daily and Season Passes, processing VIP & military guest tickets  and suggestive selling certain retail merchandise items. Additionally, Admissions Team Members will be expected to work in our bag inspection area and as cashiers in our concession areas.

Retail Team Members

(Ages 16 and up)  Retail Team Members will be working in our brand new gift shop, The Explorer's Station. Retail Team Members are responsible to ring up customer's purchases, to stock & organize merchandise in the store, and to interact with all the guests, young and old, who venture in.

Food & Beverage Team Members

(Ages 16 and up)  Food & Beverage Team Members will be working in either our main Food Court Building, The Lunch Pad, or at our drink & snack shop, The Milky Way Cafe. Their job will include the handling, preparation, displaying and restocking of all food & beverage related items.  It will also include the unloading of deliveries and the cleaning of our food serving areas.

Lifeguard & Slide Attendants

(Ages 16 and up)  Lifeguard & Slide attendant Team Members are responsible to monitor all of our aquatic attractions (Haley's Comet, Trevor's Time Warp, The Fountain of Youth, and the Splash Zone).  They are also responsible for the safe and proper entry and exiting of guests riding our water slides .  Applicants wishing to be Lifeguard & Slide Attendant Team Members DO need to be lifeguard certified prior to hiring.

Maintenance & Facilities Team Members

(Ages 16 and up) Our maintenance & Facilities Team Members play a crucial role in the success of the park.  It is their responsiblity to ensure that our park stays safe, clean, and looking its best for the enjoyment of our guests. They are also responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of all our aquatic attractions, grounds and buildings. Basic knowledge and experience in pool operations, grounds keeping and building trades are expected.

Security Personnel

(Ages 21 and up)  Security Team members are responsible for the safety of our guests & employees and the protection of all company property and assets.  Security Team Members must have a background in the security, law enforcement or criminal justice field.
